Your portrait in 4 steps
- Choose theme, material and size – for example Royals as a classic oil painting or Santa's Pet for Christmas.
- Upload a photo – After your order you'll receive an email with your personal upload link. Upload a photo of your pet there.
- Pick your favorite design – We create 4 individual designs and you choose your favorite. If you don't love any of them, we'll create 4 new ones for free.
- Printing & delivery – Your portrait is printed in premium quality at a print studio in your region and shipped straight to you. You'll receive tracking details by email.
Tips for the perfect photo
- Good daylight, ideally without flash
- Head and face clearly visible and sharp, looking towards the camera if possible
- Take the photo at your pet's eye level
- Only one animal in the photo
- As high a resolution as possible – the original photo from your phone is ideal, please no screenshots
