How it works
- Choose theme, material and size and place your order.
- Right after checkout you upload a photo of your pet – on the order confirmation page, later in your customer account or via the link in our email.
- We create 4 designs and you pick your favorite – if you don't love any of them, you get 4 new ones once.
- Your portrait is printed in your region and shipped straight to you.
Materials & sizes
- Matte poster: museum quality, 250 gsm archival paper
- Poster with wooden frame: matte or semi-gloss, black wooden frame, acrylic glass front
- Canvas: stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang
- Framed canvas: in a black floating frame
- Acrylic glass: 4 mm, brilliant colors
Sizes: 30×40, 45×60 and 60×80 cm / 12×16″, 18×24″ and 24×32″ (portrait 3:4).
Tips for the perfect photo
- Good daylight, ideally without flash
- Head and face clearly visible and sharp
- Take the photo at your pet's eye level
- Only one animal in the photo
- The original photo from your phone, not a screenshot
Shipping & delivery
Printing and shipping usually take 5–10 business days after you choose your design. Shipping within Germany is free from €49. You'll find all shipping rates in our shipping information.
Cancellation & complaints
You can cancel free of charge until you upload your photo. Since every portrait is made individually, returns are not possible after that. If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we'll replace it free of charge.
