When do I upload my photo?
After your order. You'll receive an email with your personal upload link. If you can't find it, please also check your spam folder.
How quickly will I get my designs?
Usually within a few minutes of uploading. We'll notify you by email as soon as they're ready.
What if I don't like any of the designs?
We'll create 4 new designs for you free of charge. You can also upload a different photo.
Can I have several pets in one portrait?
At the moment we create one animal per portrait. For several pets, simply order several portraits.
Which animals are possible?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds and many more – as long as the head and face are clearly visible in the photo.
How long does delivery take?
Once you've chosen your design, printing and shipping usually take 5–10 business days in total. Depending on your country and product, it can occasionally take up to 2 weeks.
Where is my portrait printed?
At a partner print studio in your region – for example in Germany for customers in Germany or in the USA for customers in the USA. That means short shipping routes, and usually no customs fees.
Can I return my portrait?
Since every portrait is made just for you, exchanges and returns are not possible. If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we'll of course replace it free of charge – just send us a photo of the damage.
What happens to my photo?
We use your photo solely to create your portrait. You can find more details in our privacy policy.
